Welcome to Wikirate.org! In this short tour, we’ll walk you through the key elements of the homepage, helping you navigate and make the most of the platform.
Let’s start in the top right corner of the page, where you’ll find the menu icon.
Clicking on it gives you access to essential resources such as Guides, where you can learn how to explore, contribute, and analyze data on Wikirate.
There’s also the FAQ section, where you’ll find answers to common questions about the platform, and a section on how to use the API if you’re interested in integrating Wikirate data into your own projects.
If you ever encounter a technical problem, you can check out the "How to Report an Issue" section.
Additionally, the About section provides insights into Wikirate’s mission, its community, the data we provide, and the impact of the platform.
Just below the menu, you’ll see the Sign-Up Now button.
Creating an account allows you to contribute data to the platform, helping improve transparency and accountability, and also gives you access to download more data for deeper research and analysis. If you haven’t signed up yet, we encourage you to do so and unlock these valuable features.
Now, let’s move to the center of the page, where you’ll find the Search Bar.
This is where you can look up specific companies, metrics, topics, and more. To refine your search, use the All Categories dropdown next to the search bar to narrow your results to companies, metrics, sources, topics, projects, and other relevant categories. Once you’ve entered your keyword, simply click the magnifier icon to start your search.
Beneath the search bar, you’ll find a navigation menu that allows you to explore data organized by different categories such as Companies, Metrics, Datapoints, Sources, Topics, Datasets, Projects, and Groups.
You can use the arrows to scroll through all the available options and discover the data that’s most relevant to your needs.
On the homepage, you’ll also find ways to get involved, including details on upcoming events and how to connect with the Wikirate community.
You can also explore featured ratings and datasets, giving you direct access to key insights and valuable resources.
