Report technical issues
Tickets are the best way to report issues with the platform. If you encounter any problems when using WikiRate we encourage you to add a ticket or see if other users have encountered similar problems.
When possible please include the URL of where the problem occurred and take a screenshot; this will help the developers fix the problem quicker.
Once a ticket is submitted the WikiRate Team will try to respond as quickly as possible. We appreciate your feedback as the site is evolving and improving.
If you do not know how to represent your problem as a ticket, do not worry and contact us.
Adding a description of what you wanted to do, the error message you get, the url of the page you were on and, if possible, a screen shot. This will help us act as fast as possible.
