Koch's statement does not state anything about the use of performance indicators as a way of assessing the effectiveness of their effects to combat slavery. however they do state "As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk, we have processes in place to vet our employees as well as Third Parties prior to them engaging in any business activities" which can perhaps imply that in some way they do assess their effectiveness, but it is two brief to say upon and not information to clearly state that they do have performance indicators to assess their effectiveness.
