What is the performance and score of the company in terms of climate change
This metric is part of the Eticonsum research study on the evaluation of companies in the Retail Food sector in environmental, social and ethical matters.
Eticonsum is a non-profit market research agency specialized in corporate performance ESG (environment, social, governance) applied to consumer knowledge.
We research and analyze the ethical market of the FMCG sector and evaluate the environmental and social performance of companies in order to help both conscious consumers to decide according to their values, and companies to compete on ethical reputation.

Companies are evaluated on the basis of all their published information on extra-financial performance, among which are their Corporate Social Responsibility reports, Annual Reports, Codes of Conduct, Sustainability Reports, EU Non-Financial Reporting Directive (NFRD) according to Law 11/2018, etc. ...
We believe that these reports, with all their potential for improvement, offer a large amount of valid and revealing information on the performance and transparency of companies in environmental, social and ethical matters and are today their main comprehensive disclosure and verification tool available to their stakeholders.

Our mission in this sense is to democratize the access and interpretation of these reports and try to translate them
in a scheme of comparable indicators that, complemented with other less standardized and specific indicators for each activity sector, allows any user to develop their own ranking based on their eco-social evaluation priorities

Eticonsum joins the open and interactive data platform WikiRate to make its rankings and evaluations accessible to any researcher, user or Corporate Social Responsibility's stakeholders.
WikiRate allows us to make our evaluation methodologies available to collaborators who want to expand the scope of our rankings to more companies and sectors, as well as to check or even question the rigor and veracity of their information.
