It also mentions: This statement was approved by the Board of Directors of YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP S.p.A. and The Net-a-Porter Group Ltd. (see p. 4). Unclear if the company does not own any other companies apart from The Net-a-Porter Group Ltd. but this suggest consultation with at least the ltd group. 

Approval from owned or controlled entities is not sufficient for a "Yes" value as it approval is measured by another metric. I changed answer to "No."
