"We will implement due diligence procedures for all prospective contractors, suppliers and other business partners, and will require our business partners to initiate their own procedures and checks. We will require our business partners to provide an annual certificate of compliance with our Policy on anti-slavery and human trafficking, and reserve the right to conduct audits of our business partners’ premises to ensure they are compliant. We reserve the right to terminate our relationship with any of our business partners if cases of non-compliance are found, or if non-compliance is not addressed in a timely manner."
