Bouygues includes model clauses on the Act in all of its contracts withsuppliers, subcontractors and consultants requiring compliance with theAct, compliance with Bouygues’ Modern Slavery policy, requiring suitabledue diligence of the continuing supply chain and the correspondingcontractual terms and permitting termination of thesupplier/subcontractor/consultant for breach.8
