This statement is made pursuant to the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018

(Cth) and constitutes the Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement and the Modern Slavery Statement under such acts,

respectively, for the financial year ended 31 December 2020, in respect of the following Northern Trust entities which

together are known as the "reporting entities".1
