We are committed to responsible sourcing practices. We expect our suppliers to

comply with applicable laws and regulations and our Supplier Code of Conduct. Our Supplier Code of Conduct requires, among other things, that our suppliers provide a safe and healthy work environment, provide minimum wages and benefits, limit working hours, hire employees based on ability and not on the basis of personal traits or beliefs, respect freedom of association, and comply with environmental laws. The Supplier Code of Conduct also prohibits child labor and any type of forced labor. If you become aware of or suspect that any of Express suppliers are not acting in accordance with our standards, you have a duty to report it immediately.
