. In 2018 we expanded the scope of its vendor management and outsourcing

framework to all new UK suppliers. This framework includes a requirement that any new supplier

that is deemed to be an outsourcing supplier or a high-risk vendor confirms in writing that it

complies with the Act. Contract owners are also given training on how to ensure compliance with

the framework when onboarding new vendors. 2
