We require suppliers to act swiftly to address non-conformances and to ensure the welfare of workers. We monitor the effectiveness of our audit programme by grading suppliers and tracking the number and type of non-conformances that are found and remedied.10

We follow up with suppliers to ensure the most serious issues are remediated. As a last resort, we cease to trade with factories if they don’t work with us to address business critical issues.13
