All of the following quotes have came from pages 2-3 of the company's modern slavery statement.

The following 3 quotes relate to 'Suppliers comply with laws and company policies (direct / tier 1)':

- "We seek to ensure all suppliers (regardless of the jurisdiction in which they operate) contractually commit to comply with the law, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015."

- "... to help ensure we comply with all laws and regulations applicable to the business"

- "MPs has a Code of Ethical Conduct (the "code") which applies to all our stakeholders, including council members, suppliers and employees."

The following quote applies to 'prohibit use of forced labour':

- "Modern slavery encompasses slavery, servitude, human trafficking and forced labour. MPS has a zero tolerance approach ... effective systems and contros in place to safeguard against any form of modern slavery taking place within the business or our supply chain"
