Despite all of the work and effort, there were

five fatal accidents throughout the year,

involving direct employees and contractors,

whilst involved in operations and working on

projects:

• During a gas leakage (one employee, in

Brazil).

• During equipment maintenance (one

contractor member, in Brazil).

• Related to drowning (one contractor

member, in Mozambique).

• During electrical panel activities (one

employee, in Brazil).

• During railway level crossing (one

contractor member, in Brazil.
