To ensure that our production takes place in audited and approved units, we make sure we know where each order is manufactured and, for example, the associated fabric and/or yarn mills.The latter is possible through our coverage of second tier suppliers."

Which seems to say that they would terminate their contracts if a supplier breaches their agreement to comply with their Supplier Code of Conduct.. But still this is not explicit enough.
