The Company has established the collective negotiation system and the collective contract supervision and inspection system, and elects employee representatives for negotiation and the supervision and inspection committee of the collective contract through democratic procedures. The Company and the Trade Union hold collective negotiations regularly and revise and improve the content of the signed Collective Contract according to the regulations of the system. Every year the Company organizes the members of the supervision and inspection committee of the collective contract and the representatives of the Staff Representative Congress to inspect the implementation of the collective contract and submit a written report to the Staff Representative Congress. The Company establishes the Public and Democratic Management of Corporate Affairs, so as to help the employees understand and be informed of the Company's significant events and work. The Company made the C&B policies as well as regulations that impact staff interests, and it insisted that those policies and regulations be implemented after consulting the trade union and be passed by Staff Representative Meeting or by the Joint Meetings during the adjournment of the former.
