Pg.98 Look at both 1st and 2nd Table. If you take total waste of 1114.08 Tons - 7.16 (3R Waste) - 644.84 (B3 Type Waste) = 462.08 which is assumed to be non hazardous waste.

Note 3R waste removed as some recycled waste might be hazardous and has to be recycled.
