The company gets full points if meets all requirements and half points if meets at least one. The requirements can be found below:

• CSI.18.A The company has a publicly available policy statement(s) (or policy(ies)) setting out its lobbying and political engagement approach.
• CSI.18.B The company has a publicly available policy statement that specifies that it does not make political contributions.
• CSI.18.C The company discloses its expenditures on lobbying activities.
• CSI.18.D The company requires third-party lobbyists to comply with its lobbying and political engagement policy (or policies).
