Does the company disclose the proportion of its total direct operations workforce for each employee category by one or more additional indicators of diversity (e.g. disability, sexual identity and marital and family status, etc.)?
In its Sustainability Report 2021, the company discloses its total workforce by region and gender [Sustainability Report 2021, 74], however it does not disclose it for each employee category.
