The company discloses that it has entered into collective bargaining agreements with employees affiliated in unions in its operations in Brazil, Canada, Indonesia, Malawi, Mozambique and Oman; however it is not clear that all employees are covered by collective bargaining agreements that state that all overtime work is consensual and paid at a premium.
