Google has set the objective to be net-zero by 2030 - and they commit (although not prominently) to reducing the majority of their emissions, which can be interpreted as at least 50% - and to neutralize the rest.

I'm setting this as a "no", because there is an end goal, but there is no interim target until 2030.
