This is discussed on page 2 of the UK Modern Slavery Statement under the Investment Activities section. It states that Russell will only provide financial services to clients who meet the Anti-Bribery and AML policies and procedures "to reduce the risk of clients using our products and services for activities relating to

modern slavery". Russell makes this statement to make it clear to the public that they don't want to knowingly or unknowingly be involved in the execution of human rights abuse/exploitation. Russell Investments makes sure they know who they're working with and what those clients stand for.

A UK Modern Slavery Statement for Russell Investments cannot be found despite extensive research. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Going off of 2020, there are multiple efforts mentioned by the company, as well as requirements.
