The company should meet both of the following requirements to get full points:

• CSI.4.A The company describes its process(es) for assessing its human rights risks and discloses what it considers to be its salient human rights issues. This description includes how relevant factors are taken into account, such as geographical, economic, social and other factors.
• CSI.4.B The company publicly discloses the results of its assessments, which may be aggregated across its operations and locations.

Note: If any of the indicators do not apply to the company (answer value: "Not Applicable"), meeting just one of the two applicable indicators is sufficient for the company to get full points.
