The company gets full points if fulfils all the following requirements and half points if fulfils at least one:

• CSI.13.A The company discloses the proportion of its total direct operations workforce for each employee category by age group.
• CSI.13.B The company discloses the proportion of its total direct operations workforce for each employee category by gender.
• CSI.13.C The company discloses the proportion of its total direct operations workforce for each employee category by race or ethnicity.
• CSI.13.D The company discloses the proportion of its total direct operations workforce for each employee category by one or more additional indicators of diversity (e.g. disability, sexual identity marital family status, etc).
