On page 9 of the statement, M&S talks about some of the avenues by which labor infractions occur and can be reported. "Any notifications of potential modern slavery issues and risks that are reported to us through other channels, grievance mechanisms, whistle-blowers or any other parties are thoroughly investigated and remediated where required" They also mention a "Modern Slavery Helpline" among other methods.
