For internal matters, Nestlé has the Nestlé Integrity Reporting System (known as Speak Up! internally) in place. It is anonymous and supported by both web and phone platforms.

For external whistleblowing, they have an initiative called Tell Us, which is not widespread at all considering the size of the company. Nestlé claims it is working to spread use of Tell Us all along the value chain. This information can all be found on page 12.
