I don't see any metric or KPI mentioned, Thewodros' citation isn't either, only that lack of issues might consider KPIs non-applicable yet. But they seem to be simply non-existing.

The company does not mention having KPIs, nor it provides figures in relation to assessing the effectiveness of their interventions.
