"Following a review of the effectiveness of the steps we have taken this year to ensure that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains, we intend to take the following further steps to combat slavery and human trafficking:

• Roll-out enhanced survey to improve insight of actions taken by suppliers

• Develop greater understanding of modern slavery and its impacts within our teams through defining divisional responsibility and delivering training

• Submit survey to all suppliers before 31 March 2024

• Review processes and feedback from survey roll-out, with a view to implementing enhanced questionnaire for all existing suppliers, after 1 April 2024

• Adoption of the Supplier Guidelines into our own procurement activities once introduced into Europe by the Fujifilm Group
