We require high ethical standards in our own operations and our supply chain and take action to ensure that metals from the conflict areas that fundthe conflict in those regionsdo not enter our supplychain. KLA has actively worked independently and with suppliers, industry peers and other stakeholders to improve traceability and ensure responsible sourcing.Weare participants in the Responsible Minerals Initiative (“RMI”) and work to identify smelters in our supply chain using the RMI’s Conflict Minerals Reporting Template."
