Throughout BP identifies multiple areas of interest but on page 6 they include a world map with the major areas they operate in, and a heatmap of the most at risk areas.

"Risk assessment criteria include worker demographics (such as the presence of migrant workforces), use of recruitment agents, workforce skill levels and the number of supply chain tiers. These business risk reviews are helping us to establish the prevalence of specific risks and identify where overall risk is highest. These risk assessments are an ongoing, iterative process and help us to determine where best to deploy resources for on-site assessments."

This language is a bit tricky because it does not actually say they identified a high risk workforce in their supply chain, rather they are giving an example of what might be a high risk workforces in their supply chain and are saying they consider worker demographic as part of their risk assessment. But they are quite specific in what workforces should be considered in identifying "specific risks" (which I think we would refer to as "incidents") so I would therefore say this disclosure is actually meeting the "workforce" label.

Other than that I would also say this statement identifies contractor workforces as 'at risk' and they indicate that (in Mexico) those working in retail (which applies to the "industry" answer option) are also at risk. (both on p. 15)
