The 2013 Palm Oil Buyers Scorecard assesses the performance of 130 major retailers, food service companies and consumer goods and other manufacturers worldwide on their use of certified sustainable palm oil (CSPO). Source
This metric indicates whether the company in question has committed to purchasing only sustainable palm oil by a specific year, or whether they have not.
Methodology
Does it have a public commitment to use 100% CSPO by 2015 or sooner? To answer this metric, the cateogries of commitment are:
- Stated by Year of commitment by company
- N/A: Data is not available because the company has not reported to WWF or the RSPO
- Dash (-): Company did report but left that question blank
