The list of supplier facilities includes original design manufacturers (ODMs), final assembly and material suppliers that Dell buys from directly and/or provide substantial product transformation. The volume and nature of business conducted with suppliers shifts as business needs change. This list represents a snapshot covering at least 95% of Dell’s spend during fiscal year 2022.
