The Spanish Securities & Exchange Commission (“CNVM”) circular 3/2021 provides the report models for annual remuneration of company directors, as well as the annual report models for corporate governance of listed companies and savings banks (“CGAR”). Is required for listed firms to offer information on corporate governance concerns and disclose it to the market on the CNMV official website as well as their corporate website. The CGAR model addresses topics like as shareholder rights, structure of the board and dynamics, and external and internal governance, among others.
