The  Lindt  &  Sprüngli  Supplier  Code  of  Conduct  (the  “Code”)  sets  out  the  requirementsexpected  of  our  Suppliers  regarding  compliance  with  laws  and  regulations,  corruption  andbribery,  social  and  working  conditions,  and  protection  of  the  environment.  The  Code  isinformed  by  internationally  recognized  principles  such  as  the  Universal  Declaration  ofHuman  Rights,  the  UN  Guiding  Principles  on  Business  and  Human  Rights,  the  UN  GlobalCompact,  the  OECD  Guidelines  for  Multinational  Enterprises  and  the  International  LabourOrganization’s fundamental conventions.
