Does not state that the company follows any nationally or internationally recognised due diligence framework (i.e., the OECD Due Diligence Guidance).

Appears to misunderstand s1502 Dodd Frank as requiring no sourcing of 3TG from the DRC and neighbouring countries. It states that: "Companies around the globe have been requested to practice reasonable due diligence within their supply chain to assure that cassiterite, columbite-tantalite, gold, wolframite, and their derivatives (limited to tantalum, tin and tungsten) (collectively, the “Conflict Minerals”) are not being sourced from mines in any Covered Countries ... Suppliers of Mindray’s products that contain, or may contain, Conflict Minerals must demonstrate that they ... will not procure specified metals that originate from any Covered Countries".
