Tata Global Beverages is immensely happy to publish our first Annual Business Responsibility Report.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has mandated the top 100 listed entities (based on market capitalization on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange as on 31st March, 2012) to publish a Business Responsibility Report (BRR) that discloses steps taken by the companies on the
Environmental, Social and Governance aspects of the business. Being a responsible corporate and since Tata Global Beverages falls under this bracket, we have fully adhered to the reporting requirement in line with the ‘National Voluntary Guidelines on Social, Environmental and Economic Responsibilities of Busi- ness (NVGs)’ notified by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, in July 2011. This Business Responsibility Report provides general information about Tata Global Beverages and its business responsibility as required by SEBI. The report further provides an overview of activities carried out by
Tata Global Beverages under each of the nine principles as outlined in the NVG.
