The project involved participating in the annual auditing exercise that evaluates companies’ sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting. Leveraging Wikirate, participants accessed and contributed to a shared repository of corporate sustainability information.

The primary goal was to empower students by giving them hands‑on experience in scrutinizing sustainability disclosures. Through systematic data collection, analysis, and assessment of companies’ performance, students developed a critical eye for ESG reporting practices, learning how to identify gaps, verify claims, and understand the broader impact of corporate sustainability initiatives.
