Wikirate is undertaking a large-scale research project to collect data on Brands and Suppliers of the Top 100 Fashion Companies (as benchmarked in the FashionUnited Top 100 Index: https://fashionunited.com/i/top100/).

Through the research we are looking to understand what information is needed and where there are gaps in data availability. Wikirate collects data on “unknown” information, in addition to “known” information, so however the scope is defined, this project will tell us where the top 100 companies are disclosing the information being sought, and where there are gaps. Identification of gaps in data will be an important outcome of the research, which can be used to advocate for company disclosure of more complete “crucial” public data sets.
