This metric tracks whether a company has an active Global Framework Agreement (GFA) with IndustriALL Global Union. GFAs are negotiated agreements between multinational companies and trade unions that aim to uphold workers’ rights, such as freedom of association and safe working conditions, across the company’s global operations or supply chain. An active agreement indicates that the company is formally engaged with IndustriALL to maintain these standards.
