This one is tricky because there are two water withdrawal figures listed, the second one being 10 times larger than the first. The page has the following notes:

I have added the value that excludes "once-through use" because this water was returned to the source after being used for cooling. The amount of water used in this way in 2014 was 362.2 million cubic metres.
