This answer was found by finding the total workforce which was 5631 people and times it by the percentage that was males which was 78% and through this, we could get the number of 4392 male employee's. In regard to recent years in 2015, the workforce of Globant was 5041 with a 79% of them being male, therefore in 2015, the number of male workers were 3982, noting that there has been an increase in male workers.
