When we talk about the ethical conduct of Pharmamar, we have to emphasize the discrimination among employees. Pharmamar is a company that has always tried to deal as best as possible with this type of issues, and it is there where we can observe its few cases of discrimination within the company.

CIE Automotive received 18 complaints through this channel in 2019. They were mostly related with a lack of professional ethics and breaches of the Code of Conduct (13 out of 18) and, to a lesser degree, corruption (3) and discrimination (2).
