About the data

Decarbonisation is key to addressing a company's environmental impacts. Disclosing a progress on decarbonisation across the supply chain means a company shows how it is taking action to reduce its carbon footprint in its own operations and across its supply chain.

2025 Methodology update

Targets must be SBTI verified. No points will be awarded unless a clear target is defined in 2.1.1 or 2.1.2.

Progress is explicitly defined as emissions reduction against the base year of the disclosed target (not year-on-year). For points to be awarded, the base year emission data should be included in the report.
