Integrated Anual Report for the year ended 31 March 2017 presents an overview of Naspers Group annual performance. It starts with introducing the compnay and its activities and inductries it operates in. It then proceeds to the review of the organisation's performance across its 6 types of capital: financial, products & services, human capital, social relationships and intelectual capital and natural capital. The report is concluded with an overview of Naspers' governance structure and final shareholder information and remarks. In its overview the report states that annual integarated reporting is an evolving discipline and the compnay has been putting much effort in improving its disclosure and transparency levels. Given the highly competitive nature of the media industry and substantial push for embeded business integrity, Naspers promisses to continually develop its reporting standards to "make disclosure meaningful and masurable for stakeholders" (p.4).
