A Supplier Code of Conduct is a document drafted by a company to make sure all of its suppliers and subcontractors share certain principles of sustainability and other ethical and legal obligations. The document is made available to the company's suppliers with the goal of strengthening mutual understanding of how sustainability and relevant regulations are to be practiced in day-to-day business.
