This metric counts “Unknown” values for a range of social/labour metrics (see formula above) and subtracts these from 15 (the total number of metrics considered) to give a count of the number of reported answers.

This metric will only be calculated for companies that have some form of answer for all 15 metrics (i.e. an answer or Unknown) - if even one of the metrics has not been assessed for the company it will be excluded from this analysis.
