I added a new company to staging and then tried to add HQ in the details section and got a rat

Weird, I get an error when setting hq to UAE but not to, eg, Vietnam.

Maybe WikiRate has decided Vietnam is a more legit country

UAE and US were recently added because they're used in new metrics, but they don't currently follow the old OC pattern and don't have a codename.

 

As a workaround, I made it so that jurisdictions without a codename won't show up in the dropdown. The longer-term solution is outlined in the Geography proposal.

Ok that makes sense. So, as I understand it, the US for ex would show up in its previous form - with state and country?
