X axis range incorrect

The X axis value range on this new formula metric is wrong. The range should be about 0-1 but it's showing up as 0-763 million

I don't think this is fixed, but this link is no longer a good example. Looks like there are a lot fewer answers than there used to be.
1. Is that a problem?
2. Is there another good example of the x-axis issue that you know of?
I think the visualization refactoring has fixed all of this.
Unless I've misunderstood the metric, I'm still seeing that the range is off here. The Value (USD) axis shows datapoints up to 700 million but when you click the highest bar it shows datapoints which are 0.73, 0.7
