ACCIONA has had a Sustainability Committee at the Board of Directors since 2009 as the body responsible for leading sustainability-related actions. In 2021 this Committee merged with the Audit Committee to create the Audit and Sustainability Committee that supports the Board members in the supervision of accounting, financial and non-financial information, the best practices in sustainability, internal and external audit services and risk management.
