The company has reported that the Governance & Sustainability Committee is primarily responsible for oversight of their ESG strategy, reporting, policies and practices. They have further reported that internally ESG is managed by their cross-functional Sustainability Steering Committee, which advises on key issues and guides the integration and implementation of company's nonfinancial reporting related to ESG.
