The company discloses a postal address, a phone number and a website for reporting grievances. On visiting its website, it is clear that the channel is open for anyone to make a report and there is a choice for the complainant to either remain anonymous or identify themselves. However, complaints related to human rights can not be reported in countries like Austria.
